EXERCISES YOU SHOULDN’T DO AFTER AGE 50 (APPARENTLY) | BABY BOOMER FITNESS TIPS

Today I react to EXERCISES YOU SHOULD NEVER DO AFTER AGE 50, a recent article from Reader’s Digest magazine. In the article, the author lists 14 exercises you should never do over the age of 50. However, I don’t think that the situation is so cut and dried. I always encourage people of all ages to become active and to integrate activity into their daily lives. In my eyes, we are all athletes, and we should always train like it. So today, we are going to review the article and I will tell you just what I think about the exercise the author lists, and whether you, or anyone else you know, should do these exercises over, or under, the age of 50.
